BOOKING POLICIES

Please read prior to booking

Appointments can be made directly through me or through my website.  A credit card on file will be required.

If there is a certain date you are needing and do not see it available, please reach out and 

I will try my best to make accommodations.  Please be mindful that I may not immediately 

respond due to my obligations to my hospital shifts, but know that I will return any messages or texts as soon as I am able.

Payment is due at time of service.  Insurance is NOT accepted.

A $50 deposit is required for all Filler Appointments. This does go towards your appointment total and allows for 1 reschedule. If more than 1 reschedule needs to be made, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

If your next appointment is prebooked while at check out, a deposit will not be required.  This comes with 1 allotted reschedule. If an additional reschedule is needed, then a deposit will be required.

If constant reschedules are being requested, even with deposits being made, fully prepaid appointments may be required.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICIES

ALL cancellations or reschedules must be done so 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Appointments not canceled or rescheduled within that time frame will be subject to a charge 50% of the expected appointment total.

No Call/No Show appointments will be responsible for 100% of the expected appointment total.  Please note, I understand that things do come up and try to be as understanding as possible. 48 hours gives me ample time to try and fill that appointment slot.

If recurring cancellations or reschedules happen, a deposit for every appointment may be required.

If a charge is incurred that I am unable to collect, all future appointments will be banned until payment is received and a deposit is made for future appointments.

SUITE POLICIES

If there are any issues with the service you receive, please reach out within 30 days and I will gladly get you in for a touch-up appointment.  Please be mindful that results are not guaranteed with any aesthetic procedure, but I promise you I am just as invested in your overall goals as you are.  I will gladly attempt to address any parts of the service that you are unhappy with, but refunds will not be given.

If you choose to have another professional or yourself make any corrections, the offer for corrective attempts by myself at no charge will no longer be available.

Due to limited space in the suite, I ask that you do not bring young children with you to your appointment. I love all your babies but their adorable personalities prevent me from being able to give my undivided attention and the best service you deserve. Plus, there’s needles involved and I don’t want to scare them!
